Good performance from the team to ensure a first ever clean sheet for Matt in the Beavers FC goal. We were 2 nil up by the half hour mark, thanks to goals from Jamie N and Paul H, before Paul went on a Maradona style run, that ended with a fine finish to give us a 3 nil half time lead.

Half time subs saw Stef have to leave us for a stag do, to be replace by Craig C, Gibbo being replaced at CB by Adam and Michael, to be replace by Curt, who went to right wing back with Elliot dropping into the centre.

20 mins into the second half the changes paid off as craig lobbed their keeper from about 30 yards only to have Jamie N poke it over the line from about 2 yards out. Some fine defending by Adam, Andrew and Elliot kept it at 4-0, with Nashy doing the neccessary when needed (probably his quietest game for Beavers FC). There was still time for Lil Dave to replace Jamie N up front for 15-20 mins, and worked hard to try to bring us a 5th. One last late substition saw Lee D sub himself (No you haven't read that wrong) to be replaced by young Harry who ran the midfield for last 5mins, covering more ground than Lee did in the prior 85 mins. At last the final whistle sounded and Beavers FC had run out the winners.
